1. Debess, noraso jel Taisno,
mākoņi to nosūtiet.
Zeme, vārtus vaļā ver(i),
Pestītājs lai šurpu nāk.
Viņa godu, slavu teic(i),
visa zemes radība!
Cilvēk, steidzies slavēt līdzi
Dieva godu mūžībā!

2. Viss, kas Dieva rokas radīts:
saule, mēness, zvaigžņu bars.
Viss, kas zemes virsū stādīts,
rāda-liels ir Dieva spēks.
Visi jūs, kas Dievu lūdzat
un kas viņu piesaucat:
Viņam savus grēkus sūdziet,
mīlestībā gandariet!

3. Jūsu vājās, žēlās balsis
mīļais Dievs ir dzirdējis.
Pestīšanu apsolījis-
savu Dēlu sūtīs drīz.
Valdīs viņš pār visu zemi,
visām tautām,valdniekiem.
Viņa svētai valstij,
varai nebūs gala mūžībā.

Heaven, send down your dew upon the righteous, clouds, send it,
Earth, open your gates, that the Redeemer may come.
Praise His honour, all creatures of the Earth.
Man, make haste to join in praising God's honour eternally.

All that God's hands have created - the sun, the moon, the myriad of stars -
All that has been planted on the Earth, show how great God's might is.
All you who pray to God and call upon him,
Confess your sins to him, atone for them in love.

God has heard your weak, pitiful voice.
He has promised redemption and will send his Son soon.
He will govern the whole Earth, all peoples and rulers.
In all eternity there will be no end to his holy realm and power.
