Description: This duet was written when John (the conductor of the Street Singers and the bass to my alto in this performance) was trying to teach me to ride a bike. I was 62 at the time and not ept – but he eventually succeeded. His bike was a big, tall scary thing I christened Wasp; my own no-speed pedal-brake model was a pretty, bright blue one. I named her Dragonfly. Yes, the fantasy came true.
