Latin.png Latin text

Hoc est praeceptum meum,
ut diligatis invicem,
sicut dilexi vos.
Majorem charitatem nemo habet
ut animam suam ponat quis pro amicis suis.
Vos amici mei estis si feceritis
quae praecipio vobis dicit Dominus.

English.png English translation

This is my commandment,
that you love one another,
as I have loved you.
No one has greater love
than to lay down his life for his friends.
You are my friends if you do
what I command you, says the Lord.
