"kruys" is probably a coin, German "Kreuzer", carrying a cross, which was of widespread use in German-speaking countries. Joris and Floris might be person's names, but today at least they are beer names, too.

t'eeten of te drincken,
penning nochte kruys,
schenck eens Joris,
drinck eens Floris.

German translation

Hola, niemand zuhaus,
Essen oder Trinken,
Pfennig: alles aus;
schenk ein,Joris,
trink ein Floris.
