Latin.png Latin text

Justum deduxit Dominus per vias rectas,
et ostendit illi regnum Dei:
qui minas judicum non timuit,
nec terrenae dignitatis gloriam quaesivit,
sed ad coelestia regna pervenit.

English.png English translation

The Lord led the just man through straight ways,
and showed him the kingdom of God:
who did not fear the threats of judges,
nor sought the glory of earthly dignity,
but attained to the heavenly kingdoms.
