Biography

Martin Shaw (1875-1958) was an English composer of church music. In particular he is remembered as an editor and arranger of the two hymn anthologies "Songs of Praise" and "The Oxford Book of Carols". He also published over 300 other works, including an oratorio and several instrumental works.
