A variation on Hiob 1, 21. There exist many similar epigrams, e.g. by Thomas Morus.

Latin text Nudus ut intravi mundum, sic nudus abibo; ut nihil intuleram, sic nihil inde feram.

German translation Wie ich nackt die Erde betrat, so werde ich sie nackt verlassen; wie ich nichts hineingetragen habe, so werde ich nichts heraustragen. Translation by Gerhard Weydt
