Hi, I noticed that the Dresden version has the tenor beginning in the second bar, while the others have it start in the first one Wim (talk) 22:51, 24 December 2017 (UTC)
- This is an interesting problem- the Durand edition on IMSLP has the tenor, alto, and soprano entering on the third quarter of the second measure. Many editions out there have the staggered entrances, but I'm not sure where that comes from. The entrances are staggered in measure 7 on "vaste" in the Durand edition. More research is required. - Apart from the staggered vs non staggered start, I do see a different possible error in this version, which is the C natural for the Soprano part in bar 32. Looking at the Durand edition on IMSLP, I understand that people might mistake that for a natural sign. I think though that it is a sharp instead. M lamers (talk) 13:19, 4 November 2024 (UTC)
