Thanks for your stellar work, Bert. I thought the following entry in the cantus index might be of interest (there are two other similar entries) https://cantusdatabase.org/chant/292769. You will find that, while not a reference to the incipit of the chant, these notes are found on the words "tuorum corda fidelium". Probably a coincidence (there are 996 melodies containing this sequence of notes + transpositions, and 4 which begin with the incipit at exactly the same pitch), but thought I had to share!
