Life

Born: c.1491

Biography

Rasar was admitted a chorister at St George's Chapel, Windsor, in 1499 and was still there in 1504. On 1 March 1510 he became a lay clerk at King's College, Cambridge, leaving between Michaelmas 1514 and Michaelmas 1515. Only one composition by him is known: a mass 'Christe Jesu'. ['Grove']
