atended reverentes, escuchad,
que a la gloria del templo,
las esferas se vienen atended,
ay que en voces sonoras,
dulces ecos vierten,
escuchad, atended.

Los aplausos heroicos,
los obsequios solemnes,
los festejos devotos,
y los cultos alegres.

Con que aliento gozan,
selvas prados fuentes,
al mirar que se ensalza,
en el ara luciente,
quien su espacio ilumina,
y por quien resplandece,
vengan cuantos buscan,
premios, glorias, dichas, bienes,
a lograr en tal día
raudales perennes,
en premios que a todos
de gracia se ofrecen,
alentando su obsequio,
si amantes consiguen,
glorias, dichas, bienes.

O que finezas raras,
el hombre a Dios le debe,
porque haciendo el barro[?],
al ara se desciende,
su cielo con disfraz
de candideces.

La sacro santa hostia,
Inmenso espacio breve,
es la capaz esfera,
en que mostrar se quiere,
quien entre blanca sombra
esta luciente.

Por un divino exceso,
de amor mi fe comprende,
lo que en enigma oculta,
misterio el mas patente,
que solo es el oido
quien le entiende.

Es obra la mas alta,
de caridad que emprende,
un Dios que el todo todos,
intenta que le lleven,
viniendo en uno y todos
igualmente.

que mucho a su espacio los hombres se lleguen,
por mas que se oculte fervores le atienden,
sobrando los ojos, permita que cieguen,
gustandole todo, así permanece,

si amantes consiguen,
cuantos buscan bienes,
glorias dichas siempre.
