The composer introduces this score with the following comment (spelling modernised):

"Del círculo músico

Para concluir con los tres géneros pondré el ejemplar siguiente, donde según la opinión de algunos (aunque no admitida de otros) se hallarán en ella el enarmónico, cromático y diatónico. Hallaráse también la circulación música según los más de los teclados de los órganos, y más propiamente de la guitarra española donde todos los semitonos son iguales."
