Latin text Isti sunt triumphatores et amici Dei, qui contemnentes jussa principum meruerunt praemia aeterna: modo coronantur et accipiunt palmam.

English translation These are the victors and friends of God who, disdaining the rule of princes, earned eternal rewards: thus they are crowned and receive the palm.
