Test pages have been added for the works of Gabriel Fauré. This includes a basic composer page (with works list), 12 pages for his compositions (including the Fauré Requiem, and a few translation pages ((i.e. Tu es Petrus). This is a quick and dirty job, so there are probably many errors. Please check them out, try editing them, and let me know what improvements you would like to see.

Welcome to the Choral Public Domain Library (CPDL)

The Choral Public Domain Library (CPDL) is the largest website devoted exclusively to free choral sheet music. Begun in December 1998, the site has over 320 contributors and 8,700 scores. The easiest way to find scores is to use the 'Search Box' in the left hand menu. If you have any suggestions or bug reports, please contact the manager Rafael Ornes.

CPDL Catalog (PDF) - Click here to download a PDF version of the CPDL catalog (rev. 2005-02-14).

News

August 17, 2005 ChoralWiki has been restored! Last month all articles (texs and translations) were lost. Luckily, I was able to save most of them via Google-cache. These pages will be re-established. In addition, over the next month most (perhaps all) of CPDL will be moved to these pages. Here is what has so far happened:

 • All contributor pages have been ported over.
 • All FAQ pages have been ported (some need to be changed).

August 19, 2005 Test pages have been added for the works of Gabriel Fauré.
