Please do whatever CPDL normally does in such a situation. I can't find "the merge discussion" you refer to regarding the Gombert/Hesdin ''Alleluia'', so however you normally handle dueling or changing attribution is OK with me. [[User:John Hetland|John Hetland]] 19:00, 17 September 2010 (UTC)

Merge the Gombert to the Hesdin suggested.

Hi John. First of all, many thanks for your wonderful editions that you have been contributing to CPDL – they are invaluable enhancements to our library. The real purpose of this message, though, is that I am suggesting we merge Alleluia: Spiritus Domini (Nicolas Gombert) into Alleluia: Spiritus Domini (Nicolle des Celliers de Hesdin) – following practice that has been used at ChoralWiki in other instances. Please feel free to express your opinion on the matter, either here on the discussion page for the Hesdin (where the merge discussion takes place). Thanks again for your scholarship, musicianship, and generosity in sharing your editions with us! – Chucktalk Giffen 15:10, 17 September 2010 (UTC)
