German text  Ach alter mann was sächstu an/  khrest wie ein Han/  und wilt nur dran/  magst nit bestahn/  es ist gethon/  laß nur davon/  deins gsunds verschon,  laß nur davon/  deins gsunds verschon/  dann kein Doctor dir helffen kan.

English translation  Oh, old man, what are you waiting for,  Standing there Crying like a Rooster.  Tarrying about it  If you can't get it to stand,  it is done.  Just leave.  Spare your health,  there is no doctor who can help you.
