Description: Composed at Weimar in 1715 and revised at Leipzig 1724 & 1731. Only some of the original parts survive, making details of instrumentation unclear: the mostly colla parte reeds may have been added in 1716; only the top two oboe parts may have been played (on oboe d'amore) at Leipzig; and the 5-part chorus appears to have been sung SATB after 1731.
