Latin text Felix illa dies, nox ter felicior, haec qua ibis in amplexus MAGADALENA viri, Ergo CHRISTOPHORI memor omni nocte dieque Una salus et amor spes mea vita vale.

German translation Glücklich der Tag, dreimal glücklicher die Nacht, in welcher du liegen wirst, Magdalena, in der Umarmung des Mannes. Daher Christophs sei eingedenk Tage und Nacht. vereint Heil und Liebe, die Hoffnung gedeihe mein Leben lang.(?) Translation by Gerhard Weydt
