Latin text Flores apparuerunt in terra nostra, Vox turturis audita est Tempus cantilationis advenit. Tu, rosa Saron et lilium convallium Corcule mi his fulce me Quia amore langueo.

French translation Les fleurs commencent à apparaître sur notre Terre ; On a entendu le chant de la tourterelle, Le temps des chants approche Et toi, rose de Saron et lys des vallées, Console-moi avec celles-ci Car je languis d’amour.
