Il giusto iddio quando peccati nostri,
hanno di remission passato il segno,
accio de la iustitia sua dimostri
ugual a la pieta, spesso da regno
a tiranni atrocissimi, et a mostri,
et da lor forza et di mal far l'ingegno,
per questo Mari' et silla pose al mondo,
Neron crudel et Caio furibondo.
