Latin text Múlier quae érat in civitáte peccátrix, stáns rétro sécus pédes Dómini, lácrymis cépit rigáre pédes éjus, et capíllis cápitis súi tergébat, et ósculabátur pédes éjus, et unguénto ungébat.

English translation A woman who was in the city, a sinner, standing behind at the feet of the Lord, began to wet his feet with tears, and wipe them with the hairs of her head, and kissed his feet, and anointed them with ointment.
