Voi dunque a lei volgete i pensier nostri,
a servir sempre lei habiate caro
ch’in fin n’havete sol gioa e trionfo.

Rejoice now, you that on the banks
of the Mincio always have rest,
rejoice, and pay honour to Minerva
by joyful song and solemn cheers,
to praise this illustrious place
where virtue reigns with righteous love.
From heaven she already descends and brings her favour
to this loyal home of her servants

To give you a clearer sign of it,
it is now made obvious that she graced by triumph
those that have vanquished these new monsters.
Hence turn your thoughts to her,
seek to always serve her,
so that in the end you’ll have nothing biut joy and triumph.
