Add work
Hi again, Philip. When uploading a newer version of a file, you don't need to run the Add work form again. The new file automatically overwrites and replaces the old one (provided that you upload it with the same filename than the previous one). Regards, —Carlos

Magnificat
I think there may be a copyright issue with this work. As far as I can tell, David Mowbray is still alive (if I have identified the correct one!) He therefore owns the copyright of the words or, as it came from Common Worship", may have assigned the copyright to the Archbishops' Council. In either case, it needs to be established whether permission to use the words on the CPDL site has been granted and, if it has been, this needs to be specifically acknowledged on the works page. Hope this doesn't sound too nitpicking, but the last thing we need is for CPDL to be sued for breach of copyright. Jamesgibb (talk) 14:11, 24 February 2016 (UTC)
Orphan files
Hi, You removed recently many links to your files. But you didn't remove your corresponding files. They're now orphan files, that is, not linked from/to any page, thus being useless and consuming our server storage resources uselessly. Would you be so kind to remove your obsolete files accordingly? To remove your files regarding The Seven Joys of Mary (Philip Le Bas), for example, click on "View history" on the upper right. Then click on "Previous change", then click on each white icon just on the right of each file icon. It opens each file history page where you can remove the obsolete file.
