German text Vergangen ist mir glück und heil/  und alle frewd auff erden/  biß in der todt/  leidt ich groß not/  so ich die lieb muß meiden/  geschicht mir ach/  muß ich mich dein verwegen/  groß leid wird mir geschehen.  Erbarmen thu ich mich so hardt/  das kombt auß bulens hulde/  umb dich allein hertz liebste mein/  ist mir kein bürd so schwere/  wers noch sovil/  den noch ich wil/  in deinem dienst ersterben/  nach frembder lieb nit werben.

English translation Gone is my joy and bliss,  and all joy on earth.  Until death  I suffer great pain  and must deny my love.  But as it happens  If I must deny you  I will get great pain.  For me it is hard to forgive,  that my love spurns me,  though because of you, my hearts love,  no burden is tho great.  Hate as you will  still I will  die in your service  and not ask for any other love.
