Latin text Vovete, et reddite Domino Deo vestro: omnes in circuitu ejus affertis munera: terribili, et ei qui aufert spiritum principum: terribili apud omnes reges terrae.

English translation Make vows to the Lord, your God, and fulfill them; let all round about Him bring gifts to the terrible Lord who checks the pride of princes, Who is terrible to the kings of the earth.
