Latin text Circuibo, et immolabo in tabernaculo ejus hostiam jubilationis: cantabo, et psalmum dicam Domino.

English translation I will go around, and offer up in his tabernacle a sacrifice of jubilation: I will sing, and recite a psalm to the Lord.
