Ibant Apostoli gaudentes
a conspectu consilii,
quoniam digni habiti sunt
pro nomine Iesu contumeliam pati.

English translation

The apostles went forth
from the presence of the council,
rejoicing that they were considered worthy to
suffer insult for the name of Jesus.
