Thomas Howell or Howd

For the time being, since the majority of sources claim Thomas Howell, I've used him as the defacto composer for this piece. If evidence is uncovered that determines Thomas Howell is different from Howd, and that Howd is the composer of this piece, the information should then be updated. -A. J.
